In-Game Ticket Support System ​

Report Suspicious Activity or Bugs! ​

Our game has an in-game ticket support system that allows players to report issues directly to our Game Masters (GMs).
If you suspect someone is using illegal tools (such as bots or exploits) or if you've encountered a bug, you can submit a ticket easily.

How to Submit a Ticket In-Game: ​

Open the Support & Bug-Koxp Report window.
Click Create Ticket.
Select the appropriate Category:
- Bot & Koxp (If reporting a player using illegal tools)
- Bug (If you found a game-breaking bug)
Enter the Subject (e.g., "Player Using Bots" or "Game Bug").
In the message box, provide details such as:
- Nickname of the suspected player (if reporting abuse)
- Location or situation where the bug occurred
- Additional evidence (if available)
Click Enter to send your ticket.
You will receive a confirmation message: *"Your message has been sent."*

What Happens Next? ​

- A GM will review your report shortly.
- If necessary, the GM will investigate the situation.
- If action is required, appropriate measures will be taken to ensure fair gameplay.
- If further details are needed, a GM may follow up with you.

Important Notes: ​

- Please only submit valid reports to avoid spamming the system.
- False reports may result in penalties.
- If you encounter a critical bug, please report it immediately to help improve the game.
