There is absolutely 0 and i mean 0 chance that the anvil from +5 to +6 is 38 % and that the chance from +6 to +7 with a blue trinas is 28%. I have broken 20+ unique weapons i have tried ot upgrade for myself with blue trinas, chitin bows, sub zero daggers, chitin daggers, eagle eye, helenid, you name it i've tried upgrading it. I farm every day, I literally cannot upgrade a weapon for myself or get a new item whatsoever because the anvil literally breaks EVERYTHING. It is so.. boring. Boring is a great word for it. There is absolutely 0 satisfaction from getting items anymore because it takes so long to get one minor upgrade it doesnt even feel like an accomplishment. it feels like "wow i should have had this weeks ago". Fix it dude. Holy crap. Fix it. Its so damn exhausting to even play your game. You wonder why people quit? Because theres no chance to progress. Everything breaks. Freaking everything dude. Its so so so so so so so damn boring. Your players who have been playing for 4+ months cant even get a +8 weapon no matter how much work we put into it because EVERYTHING BREAKS. It is not fun at all and needs to be freaking fixed dude. There is no way ive broken 20+ items in a row with blue trinas that i can use at a 28% chance. Theres no chance. The odds there are ASTRONOMICAL. Your anvil percentages are 100% false. one, hundred, percent.

Anvil RNG works per individual roll, and this is the most important part to understand.

It is not related to the quantity of items already upgraded on the server, and it does not “remember” how many items have already passed or failed before.

Every single upgrade attempt is its own separate dice roll.

Using the earlier example of a 90% success rate. 90% translates to a value of 9000.

  • the system rolls a number from 1 to 10,000
  • 1 to 9000 = success
  • 9001 to 10,000 = fail
This happens fresh on every click.

For example:

  • first roll = fail (9788 rolled)
  • second roll = fail (9001 rolled)
  • third roll = success (8999 rolled)
The third roll does not become more likely because the first two failed.

Likewise, if many players already upgraded the same item successfully, that does not make your own roll less likely to pass.

Each attempt is statistically independent.

I do understand the frustration, because RNG can absolutely feel unfair when you hit a bad streak.

But frustration and actual odds are two different things.

The current state of the server already proves that the rates are functioning as intended.

There are already many +8 items in circulation, and even more rebirth items such as R+3, R+4, and beyond, so that statement isn't really true.

People have even managed to push Garges, Subzero, and Diabolics to R+3, which directly shows that progression is absolutely achievable within the current system.

Some players get lucky earlier, some later, but over time the distribution follows the expected rates, especially now that Eslant is more friendly towards Genie AFK farming.

That is simply how RNG works.
